كشف الإعلامي “أحمد شوبير” عن كواليس الاجتماع الخاص الذي جمع بين المهندس “هاني أبو ريدة”، رئيس الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم، وقائد الفراعنة ونجم طرابزون سبور التركي، “محمد صلاح”، وذلك خلال زيارة أبو ريدة الأخيرة للأراضي التركية.

وشهدت الزيارة متابعة رئيس الجبلاية لمباراة طرابزون أمام غازي عنتاب من المدرجات، والتي انتهت لصالح رفقاء صلاح بهدفين دون مقابل، ليواصل الفريق عروضه القوية التي وضعت البطولة التركية تحت دائرة الضوء العالمية منذ انضمام الفرعون المصري لصفوفها.

وبعد انتهاء المباراة، عقد الثنائي جلسة مطولة على مأدبة عشاء اتسمت بالصراحة والوضوح التام، حيث حرص رئيس اتحاد الكرة على الاستماع لكافة وجهات نظر قائد المنتخب المصري، ونقل له مدى تمسك الجماهير المصرية والمنظومة الكروية بوجوده واستمراره على رأس القيادة الفنية داخل الملعب، مؤكداً أنه لا مجال للتفريط في القيمة الكبيرة التي يمثلها النجم المصري قارياً ودولياً.

وساعد في تصفية الأجواء وتمهيد مسار اللقاء التصريحات الإيجابية التي أدلى بها “إبراهيم حسن” مدير المنتخب، والتي سبقت الزيارة مباشرة، حينما تحدث عن تقدير الجهاز الفني الكامل لاحترافية صلاح ومكانته التاريخية، ما أزال أي شوائب أو توتر سابق كان يشوب العلاقة بين الطرفين.

وفي تعليقه شدد شوبير على أن محمد صلاح ظاهرة استثنائية من الصعب أن تجود بها الملاعب المصرية مجدداً قبل عقود، قائلاً: “محمد صلاح ظاهرة من الصعب تكرارها، على الأقل في حياتنا لـ 50 سنة حتى نستطيع أن ننتج لاعب مثله، فجلسة أبو ريدة مع صلاح كانت صريحة جدًا ومفتوحة، واستمعا لبعضهما البعض، والذي جعل هذه الجلسة سهلة، هي تصريحات إبراهيم حسن مدير المنتخب التي قالها قبل الزيارة، عن قدر وأهمية محمد صلاح، وأنه صاحب عقلية محترفة وأن الجهاز الفني يحترمه”.

وأضاف شوبير بلهجة حاسمة حول ضرورة احتواء النجوم الكبار: “لا يوجد ما يمنع حتى لو أخذ على خاطره أو حزن بقدر قليل أو منزعج، أن نجلس ونتحدث معه، ونفتح قلوبنا، ونعرف ما هي المشكلة ونعرف ما الذي يضايقه، لأننا لن ننتج محمد صلاح كل 50 سنة، أتمنى إن حمزة عبد الكريم يقترب منه، لكنه أمر صعب، لكن أتمنى إن أبنائنا المحترفين في الخارج يكونون مثله.”

واختتم شوبير: “إن شاء الله الفترة القادمة بعد العشاء الجميل الذي جمع ما بين محمد صلاح وهاني أبو ريدة، وبعد الحمد لله توضيح الأمور كلها، إنه صلاح يأتي إلى معسكر منتخب مصر وهو سعيد، والميزة أيضًا إن حسام حسن نجم، ونجم كبير جدًا، وقدم للكرة المصرية ما لم يقدمه أحد، وبالتالي هو يعرف قيمة النجوم، والحفاظ عليهم، إذا كان يُجري تغييرات من وجهة نظره، لا يوجد ما يمنع من أن يقوم بالتنسيق مع نجم مثل صلاح، هذا الأمر لا يقلل من شأن أحدهما.”

Media personality Ahmed Shobier has revealed the behind-the-scenes details of a private meeting between Hany Abo Rida, President of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA), and Egypt’s national team captain and Trabzonspor star, Mohamed Salah, during Abo Rida’s recent visit to Turkey.

During the trip, the EFA president watched Trabzonspor’s 2-0 victory over Gaziantep from the stands. The win marked another strong performance for the team, keeping the Turkish League under the global spotlight ever since the Egyptian “Pharaoh” joined its ranks.

Following the match, the two held an extensive dinner meeting characterized by complete candor and clarity. The EFA president was keen to listen to all the perspectives of the national team captain, conveying how deeply the Egyptian fans and football community value his continued leadership on the pitch. Abo Rida emphasized that there is no question of letting go of the immense continental and international value the Egyptian star represents.

Paving the way and clearing the air ahead of the meeting were recent positive remarks made by national team director Ibrahim Hassan. Prior to the visit, Hassan highlighted the coaching staff’s full appreciation for Salah’s professionalism and historic status, effectively removing any previous friction or tension between the two parties.

Commenting on the situation, Shobier stressed that Mohamed Salah is an exceptional phenomenon that Egyptian football will rarely see again for decades. He stated: “Mohamed Salah is a once-in-a-generation phenomenon-at least in our lifetimes, it will take 50 years to produce another player like him. Abo Rida’s meeting with Salah was very frank and open, and they listened to each other. What made this meeting smooth were the statements Ibrahim Hassan made before the visit regarding Salah’s stature and importance, acknowledging his professional mindset and the coaching staff’s respect for him.”

Shobier added in a decisive tone regarding the importance of managing major stars: “There is nothing wrong with sitting down, talking, opening our hearts, and finding out what’s bothering him-even if he felt slighted, upset, or slightly annoyed. We won’t produce a Mohamed Salah every 50 years. I hope Hamza Abdelkarim can get close to his level, though that is difficult, but I certainly hope our young players abroad aspire to be like him.”

Shobier concluded: “God willing, moving forward-following this wonderful dinner between Mohamed Salah and Hany Abo Rida, and now that all matters have been successfully clarified-Salah will return to the Egypt national team camp with high spirits. Furthermore, Hossam Hassan is a major star himself who has contributed more to Egyptian football than almost anyone. Because of this, he understands the value of star players and how to protect them. If he makes tactical substitutions from his perspective, there is no harm in coordinating with a star like Salah. Doing so diminishes neither of them.”
